The department of Radiology and Imaging at Urban Hospital plays a vital role across all our specialities. It is an academic department providing highly specialized care to patients who require diagnostic imaging- guided therapies, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) (write if MRI facility is available in urban hsptl), Ultrasound, Computed Tomography scan (CT) and so on, our expert Radiologist work with doctors and surgeons across specialities to arrive at extremely accurate diagnosis.our department is one of the most advanced diagnostic imaging facilities in the region, offering a complete spectrum of leading- edge technologies and specialized clinical expertise.Urban Hospital is committed to performing patient examinations at the lowest radiation exposure necessary to create images. We have invested in CT scanners with the best hardware and software tools that minimize radiation exposure. Department of Radiology delivers an enormous amount of workload every day that includes routine & special X-rays of all kinds, sonographies ranging from routine to all gynecological & obstetric procedures as a routine. This well equipped department provides all the tests to the patients under one roof

This CT- scan machine is very valuable in this area as there were no such facility  within 150 kms radius of Dahod,  with the helping hands who donated this machine, we have been able to procure and install the machine which has proved to be a blessing in this tribal area.

 

This well equipped department provides all the tests to the patients under the same roof round the clock.

 

The department is staffed with a ____full-time Consultant, 1 on call Consultant, ____ DNB Residents, ___ Radiographer technicians, clerical, nursing and support staff.
